GalaMundi Reopens a new center at Trinity Heights!



Our Flagstaff location is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health (ADHS).  We are located at 3600 North Fourth Street with a dedicated wing within the Trinity Heights Methodist Church Campus.  Enrolled families have two options for drop-off and pick-up.  There is a parking lot located at both entrances.  Upon arrival, the ProCare app installed on your phone will use your GPS location (Geofencing) and ask you if you want to sign in/out.  If GPS is not working, there will be a QR code at the entrance of each of the classrooms that will also allow you to use the app to scan and sign in or out.  Per Arizona stature, a digital signature is required as part of the sign in or out process within the app.

East Entrance

 

The East entrance has no steps for those families that prefer not to go up and down steps and offers a beautiful indoor walk through the church hallway in order to reach our wing.

North Entrance

​

The North entrance is located towards the back of the campus and offers more parking spaces.  You will be required to go up and down a number of steps in order to arrive at the entrance to our wing.
